The process in brief

Here is exactly what Fixheard Spa Consult Desk does and what the provider does.

1. Fixheard Spa Consult Desk receives your consultation request.
2. Fixheard Spa Consult Desk passes it to a provider in or near San Francisco.
3. The provider contacts you and sets up a consultation.
4. The provider, who is licensed, decides what is suitable for you. You decide whether to go ahead.

How the follow-up works

We do not call you ourselves. The provider who receives your request is the one who follows up, and they use the contact details you entered.

Keep an eye on your phone and email, including the spam folder. When the provider reaches you, they can explain how their consultations work and what they charge. If the timing or the fit is wrong, you can say so and leave it there.

Share only what you are comfortable with

The form asks for a short message. You do not need to describe your health in detail there. A consultation is a better place for that, face to face with a licensed provider.

What you send, including your name, email, phone, chosen service and message, goes to the provider who will contact you. Our privacy page explains how your details are handled and how to withdraw a request.
